Question
- I have an open audit to submit, but can no longer find it in my listing. What happened?
- How do I regain access to an audit after I’ve been removed from the connected asset?
- One of my users can no longer see their Audit/Non-Conformance to complete it. How do they regain access?
Answer
If you can no longer find a particular Audit/Assessment, Task, or Non-Conformance (NC), this could be due to two possible reasons:
- The search filters you are using may be too narrow or specific.
(e.g., searching between November and December, but the Audit/Assessment was from October)
- Your access to the connected Asset has been changed or removed
(e.g., you had access to Asset ABC and DEF, but now only have access to Asset DEF.
If your Audit/Assessment, Task, or NC was connected to Asset ABC, it will be hidden once your access is lost.)
If the second situation has happened, reach out to one of your company's Admin users for additional assistance.
They will be able to:
- Add you back to this Asset
Once added back to the Asset, you will be able to search and access your Audit/Task/NC again. - Or, directly assist you with closing/submitting your Audit/Assessment, Task, or NC.
