Question:
Why are template requirements hidden when handling an Audit?
How do I block/hide assessment requirements from showing immediately?
How do I reveal/display template requirements on the mobile app.
Sections are not displaying for an Audit when on Mobile app version. How do I fix this?
Answer:
If the sections on an Audit are not showing or visible when using the Mobile app, it may be because all section/template requirements are set to be hidden at the start.
This can only be configured while logged into the web browser version of Nulogy Quality & Compliance. Template settings cannot be configured or adjusted from the mobile app.
Adjust Template Requirements
First, verify if your show/hide (visibility) settings are incorrect:
Log in to the desktop version of the application.
Navigate to the Assessment > Template section
Search/Scroll to your desired template and open it.
-
Confirm the current Visibility Settings:
-
Scroll down to Show/Hide Requirements on the left and click "View"
Review the current Requirements that are hidden or shown.
-
If they are incorrect and you need to adjust, follow these steps:
Back on the Template page, click Create Draft
Scroll down to Show/Hide Requirements on the left and click "Edit"
-
Modify your Visibility Settings:
Should all requirements be displayed? Uncheck the box labelled "Hide all Requirements at Assessment start."
-
Is one or more requirements meant to be displayed, but isn't? Select the requirement(s) from the "Hidden" list and use the arrow button to move them to the "Shown" list
Click Save
Re-publish the Template to apply the updates.
Note:
If you are only showing certain requirements by default, and the rest remain hidden, you must add Conditional configuration to the Requirements "shown".
This will allow you to then "Show" the remaining hidden requirements as team members complete this assessment.
Conditions can:
- Show one/moreadditional requirements
- Hide one/more requirements
- Jump to a specific section, or
- Display an Alert message.
