Overview
A conflict in Asset Access has occurred if you cannot:
Locate an Assessment for a particular Asset,
Or, cannot schedule an Assessment for a particular user.
Asset Access determines what Assessments can be associated with an Asset, and which Users can access those Assessments.
Validate if the Assessment is Assigned:
Navigate to the Asset (via the Asset Tree or Asset List)
Scroll, search or expand to locate the Asset
Click the Asset to open up the Asset Management panel
Select the Access tab
Select the Templates or Risk Templates subheader
Confirm if your Assessment Template is listed.
Missing? This should be added to the Asset so it is available for Scheduling.
Validate if the User has access to the Asset and Template:
Navigate to the Asset (via the Asset Tree or Asset List)
Scroll, search or expand to locate the Asset
Click the Asset to open up the Asset Management panel
Select the Access tab
By default, authorized Users will be the first subheader section.Scroll or Search for the User
User Missing? This user has not been granted access to this Asset.
Click Manage User/Contact Access to grant them access to this Asset.User Visible? The User may have a limited number of Assessment Templates authorized.
Click Manage then Add Templates to User to reconfigure their access.
